The Canadian Brewhouse Group is seeking an experienced Accountant with a strong background in accounting principles and practices. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience, a CPA designation, and a degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field (BCom). Experience in the hospitality sector, including restaurants, bars, and hotels, will be considered a significant asset. Responsibilities: Perform month-end close procedures including reconciliation of accounts and investigation of discrepancies Maintain accounting practices, processes, and internal controls to ensure compliance with applicable financial reporting standards Assist with preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports to management Prepare year-end working papers, liaise with auditors, and provide necessary documentation as required Support the preparation of corporate tax returns and- LocationEdmonton, AB
