Experience in commercial real estate, contract administration, lease interpretation, and general accounting functions, with a thorough understanding of financial statements is considered as an asset. ? Proven ability in planning, organization, prioritization, meeting deadlines, negotiation, analysis, problem-solving, and dispute resolution. ? A strong command of the English language with demonstrated writing and verbal communication skills; ? MS Office skills mostly word and excel. ? Characteristics that support collaborate engagement and teamwork, with an exceptional service orientation and strong interpersonal skills; ? A diploma or degree in business administration, bookkeeping, or accounting is an asset. ? No experience in property management required. ? One month probation period.
