*Who We Are Looking For*
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the growth of our product line in Canada. If you have a passion for sales and a strong drive to succeed, we?d love to connect with you!
*Role Overview*
As a Sales Representative, you will be essential in meeting customers? needs, responding to inquiries promptly, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Your focus will be on building strong, long-term client relationships through excellent communication and negotiation skills.
*Key Responsibilities*
* *Account Management*: Oversee a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
* *Client Relationships*: Develop and nurture positive relationships with clients.
* *Customer Support*: Act as the primary point of contact, addressing individual customer needs.
* *Business Development*: Generate new business through existing and potential networks.
* *Conflict Resolution*: Address and resolve conflicts, providing timely solutions to customers.
* *Reporting*: Maintain detailed reports on account statuses and transactions.
* *Sales Targeting*: Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives.
* *Sales Metrics*: Monitor and analyze sales metrics, including quarterly results and forecasts.
* *Performance Improvement*: Suggest strategies to enhance sales performance and identify growth opportunities.
*Compensation*
* *Base Salary*: $40,000 per year
* *Commission*: 2%
*Qualifications*
* Proven track record in customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
* Sales experience, preferably in outside sales roles.
* Excellent negotiation skills and a demonstrated ability to close deals.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Office, and PowerPoint.
* Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 per year

* Commission pay

* 8 hour shift
* Monday to Friday

* Windsor, NS B0N 0B1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
