*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated helper to an HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems or a willingness to learn. The successful applicant will need to be well organized, self motivated, on time and hardworking. Our goal is to provide you the opportunity to excel your skills & knowledge in the trade to benefit the foregoing of our company and your career. Valid drivers license is a must. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, and water heaters. * Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure systems operate efficiently and safely. * Repair or replace defective components such as motors, compressors, or thermostats. * Assist the lead technician with anything he needs. * Provide excellent customer service by explaining issues and solutions to clients clearly. * Drive the technician to job sites and pick up materials. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. *Skills* * Experience in appliance repair with a focus on HVAC equipment. * Clean driving record. * Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues quickly and accurately. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Ability to build rapport with customers while ensuring their needs are met efficiently.
