MatrixHR is currently recruiting journeyman/women electricians that are well experienced in solar work. We are seeking self-motivated, energetic, and personable individuals with great leadership skills to join our clients project in Calgary. Full-time Hours Pay rate: $39.50 - $43.50/hour, based on experience and qualifications. Compressed work week scheduling (Monday-Thursday) Primary duties of the job include: Installing solar electric systems on residential and commercial roofs (various slopes). Installing solar electric systems on ground mount projects. Ensuring crew and job site safety, including proper use of PPE and Fall Protection. Leading quality installations based on system design and specifications. Distributing material and solar modules throughout the site, including using ladders. Using manual and powered hand tools to install racking and modular components. Mentoring and leading pre-indentured and- LocationCalgary, AB
