Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pilates Instructor to join our team. As a Pilates Instructor, you will be responsible for leading group classes and providing personalized instruction to clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to help individuals improve their physical fitness and overall well-being through the practice of Pilates. Responsibilities: - Conduct small group Pilates classes, ensuring a safe and effective workout for participants - Provide personalized instruction and modifications based on individual client needs and goals - Demonstrate proper form and technique for various Pilates exercises - Create and implement dynamic and engaging class routines - Offer guidance and support to clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals - Monitor client progress and provide ongoing feedback and encouragement - Maintain a clean and organized studio environment Skills: - Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients - Strong leadership abilities to guide and inspire class participants - Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is a plus - Knowledge of Pilates principles, techniques, and equipment - Customer service-oriented with the ability to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere - Time management skills to effectively plan and organize class schedules - Ability to educate clients on the benefits of Pilates and promote its practice Join our team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals.
