*Job Role: Licensed Millwright*
*Location:* *London, ON-Canada (Direct Hire)*
*Shifts Available:* *Various Shifts*
*Principal Accountabilities:*
* Operate motorized vehicles and equipment to move or lift products, equipment, or materials between destinations such as warehouses, storage yards, plants, or offices.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to Environment, Health and Safety (EHS), and Food Safety, Quality, and Regulatory (FSQR) standards.
* Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
*Required Qualifications:*
* Must be at least 18 years of age.
* Legally entitled to work in Canada.
* Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
* Capability to work in extreme conditions, such as heat or cold.
* Proficiency in reading and writing English.
* Flexibility to work overtime, holidays, nights, weekends, or different shifts.
* Possession of a valid Millwright License.
*Preferred Qualifications:*
* Ability to perform physical duties including bending, stooping, climbing ladders, opening/closing valves, shoveling, hammering, and working in confined spaces.
* Comfortable working at elevated heights.
* Experience operating machinery and heavy equipment.
* Forklift certification.
* Basic computer proficiency.
* Previous experience in production-related roles.
* Skilled in maintenance trades, including electrical, machinist, welding, pipe fitting, fabrication, rigging systems, gearbox and bearing maintenance, lubrication, pumps, and piping systems.
* Experience with Maintenance Repair Operations (MRO) and/or Material Requirement Planning (MRP).
* Strong problem-solving skills, with effective written and verbal communication abilities.
* Familiarity with industrial safety, food safety, and environmental regulations.
* Knowledge of Maintenance Reliability processes, including predictive and preventative maintenance technologies.
* Experience in a manufacturing environment.
* Training or experience in automation control, boiler, and steam systems.
* Welding certification or other relevant trade experience.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints and layout drawings
*Ideal Candidate:*
* *433A* certification required - Candidate needs to be Millwright certified
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $36.00-$39.00 per hour
