Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven \*\*Sales Representative\*\* to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building customer relationships, driving sales, and achieving targets in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities · - Engage with potential and existing clients via phone, email, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. · - Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, ensuring exceptional customer service at every step. · - Identify and qualify leads through research and collaboration with the marketing team. · - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM system. · - Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs. · -Willingness to travel for conferences and tradeshows. · - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge. Qualifications · - Proven experience in sales, customer service, or related roles (1?3 years preferred). · - Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. · - Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. · - Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite. · - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · - [Preferred but not required]: Experience selling to the Construction/Landscaping Industry.
