*Overview* We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience operating various types of forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers. As a Forklift Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of materials within our warehouse distribution center. *Responsibilities* * Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload materials. * Perform order picking tasks accurately to fulfill customer orders. * Maintain an organized and clean work area to promote safety. * Conduct regular inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning. * Utilize warehouse management systems for tracking inventory and orders. * Assist with heavy lifting and transporting goods throughout the facility. * Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. *Experience* * Proven experience as a Forklift Operator or similar role in a warehouse setting. * Strong mechanical knowledge related to forklift operations and maintenance. * Familiarity with warehouse management systems is preferred. * Experience operating clamp trucks and order pickers is advantageous. * Ability to perform basic math calculations for inventory management. * Must be capable of heavy lifting as required by the job duties. * Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
