It is by collaborating with them that the company will experience its greatest success.</p><p></p><p>If you are looking for a work environment that allows you to truly contribute, this is the right place for you!</p><p></p><p><b>Role and responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Organize project reviews on a regular basis.</li><li>Chair project reviews, ensuring that solid reports with key performance indicators are in place; Communicate to the management team the status, milestones and progress of various projects.</li><li>Follow and apply the processes, procedures and policies of the PMO department.</li><li>Participation in the evolution of processes, procedures and policies of the PMO department.</li><li>Manage projects, defining milestones and success criteria, resource allocation and on-time delivery in accordance with methodology.</li><li>Ensure that the projects in his charge are correctly planned and executed in order to achieve the objectives as defined;</li><li>Advise, supervise and guide the project organization in its mission and support it in cross-functional interactions.</li><li>Ensure the development of recovery plans when the scope, schedule or costs of a project are not respected or do not correspond to forecasts;</li><li>Perform lessons learned analyzes</li><li>Interact with local area management, department managers to resolve issues based on project needs/requirements;</li><li>Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization and externally with customers;</li><li>Ability to develop strong relationships across the company through excellent customer service; Develop and maintain clear communication channels across the organization and project stakeholders.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Your profile </b></p><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in business administration, information systems or a related field.</li><li>Graduate diploma is an asset</li><li>Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT, including 10 years in project management</li><li>Experience in IT and non-IT project management would be a distinctive asset</li><li>Varied experience in IT project management (application, telecom, infrastructure, prototyping, etc.)</li><li>High-level project manager with expert-level knowledge of project management and change management and its methodology, techniques, processes and approaches</li><li>(The methodology: Project and Portfolio Management Methodology - PPM)</li><li>Understanding of systems architecture and their interrelationships</li><li>Skills in budget, cost and profitability management</li><li>Credibility as a high-level project manager</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines as part of an overall vision</li><li>Ability to supervise, coach and transfer knowledge to team members</li><li>Team management ability in matrix mode</li><li>Ability to build strong network and executive level relationships across customer and supplier groups</li><li>Ability to adjust and integrate into different business styles and cultures</li><li>Resilience, autonomous, curiosity and resourcefulness</li><li>Bilingual (spoken/written) French and English</li><li>Adaptability to Hybrid work (onsite & remote)</li><li>Knowledge of several p- LocationMontréal, QC
