Neighborhood Team Leader Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Supervisor The LPN is responsible for supervising and guiding both certified and unregulated staff care partners in the provision of quality holistic care, service, and support to Elders and their families. They follow and uphold Hillside Pines' policies and procedures while ensuring an excellent standard of Elder-directed care in accordance with the Eden Alternative Philosophy. The LPN advocates for Elders by assessing, implementing, and evaluating their specific needs and care in collaboration with the RN and other health care providers. Expectations also include consistently demonstrating a clear knowledge and understanding of LPN Professional Standards and Code of Ethics in accordance with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing.
