He/she will work with production, maintenance and management teams to ensure safe and efficient operations. More specifically, duties will include: <br> <br>- Implementing and monitoring change management processes, process risk analysis and assessment, safety management. <br>- Carry out regular audits of safety systems and internal policies to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with safety standards. <br>- Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams, intervening in the event of malfunctions or technical problems on equipment and processes. <br>- Collaborate with local teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve productivity and workplace safety. <br>- Actively participate in the design of new projects and equipment, ensuring that safety is integrated right from the design phase. <br>- Contribute to the development and updating of standard operating procedures.</p><p>Your professional skills <br> <br>- Priority management and rigor <br>- Analytical skills and teamwork <br>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills <br> <br>We're looking for a proactive, self-starter who likes to get the job done. Our ideal candidate likes dynamic environments, is rigorous, and enjoys working in teams. <br> <br>Your profile <br> <br>-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position <br>-BAC in chemical or mechanical engineering <br>-Bilingual French - English <br>-ING or CPI qualification <br>-Experience in process engineering, mandatory <br>-Knowledge of the manufacturing sector, mandatory <br> <br>- Salary: $90k - $110k + boni - depending on experience <br>- 40h/week position. Full insurance and company RRSP, telecommuting. <br> <br>*********The use of English is required for this position for the following reasons: <br>- Communication with international customers: As some of our customers are based abroad, you will be required to communicate with them regularly in English, both orally and in writing. <br>- Working with English-speaking partners: You will be required to work with English-speaking suppliers and partners to monitor orders and manage contracts. <br>- Drafting documents in English: You will be responsible for drafting reports, proposals and contracts in English, for our international customers.</p>
