*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. This role involves performing installations, maintenance, and repairs on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. The HVAC Technician will work closely with clients to diagnose issues and provide effective solutions while adhering to safety standards. *Responsibilities* * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, and boilers. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues in HVAC systems using schematics and technical manuals. * Perform routine maintenance checks to ensure all equipment operates efficiently. * Conduct appliance repair tasks as needed to support overall system functionality. * Weld components as necessary for system repairs or modifications. * Collaborate with team members to build new HVAC systems or upgrade existing ones. * Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during service calls. * Ensure compliance with local codes and regulations regarding HVAC installations and repairs. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients about their HVAC needs. *Requirements* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the mechanical field. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to plumb, weld, and perform appliance repairs. * Familiarity with HVAC systems, including their components and operational principles. * Ability to read and interpret schematics for troubleshooting purposes. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. * Valid driver's license is preferred for travel between job sites. * Certification or relevant training in HVAC technology is a plus but not mandatory.
