As one of our 'Blitz' HIIT instructors you will bring the noise and energy to this fun and vibrant class! The positions are paid hourly as per class schedule. And you will have opportunities to grow with the TEAMLDN. family! *Role Overview:* * Be our ideal client, trainer, and team member - what you see is a mirror image of you * Come in ready to coach and bring the energy! * Fascilitate BLITZ classes! * Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and provide clear instructions to ensure clients perform exercises safely and effectively * Engage with clients' progress and adjust workouts as needed to ensure continued progress and adapt to changes in clients' abilities or goals *Minimum Requirements:* * Personality! * Confidence in group management. Class management and time management. * 1-year practical experience in the field * Have a solid understanding of exercise physiology, anatomy, and biomechanics * Demonstrate competence in performing various exercises and movements Learn more about us at teamldnhybrid.ca Job Type: Part-time Pay: $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person- LocationLondon, ON
