We are looking for mature, dedicated team members to join our team! The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively utilizing customer service skills to deliver Best in class service to our internal/external customers. Responsibilities: * Provides timely efficient response to inbound calls/email queries * Performs alarm system diagnostics troubleshooting while guiding end users through step by step resolution * Creating service tickets * Responds to end user escalations/inquiries * Promotes Customer first attitude with each end user interaction * Other duties as assigned Requirements * Post-Secondary Education * Strong verbal/written communication * Ability to multi-task * Motivated/self starter * Able to work with minimal supervision * Intermediate level MS excel and word * Basic typing skills- 40 wpm * *Alarm Systems experience an asset* This position is 100% in office. Monday to Friday- 8:30am to 5:00pm Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $38,000.00-$40,000.00 per year Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * No weekends Ability to commute/relocate: * North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Application question(s): * Are you able to pass a criminal record check?
