<p><b>Customer Success Manager</b></p><p><b>V2V Technologies</b> is a rapidly expanding Quebec-based company specializing in the design of modular business management software tailored to the varied needs of numerous industries. We are proud to market <b>GEM-CAR</b>, a management solution for mechanical workshops used in over 41 countries.</p><p>Since the launch of a web version in 2024, our growth has accelerated, and we are seeking new talents to take on exciting challenges related to customer satisfaction and loyalty.</p><p>We are looking for a <b>Customer Success Manager</b> who is passionate about the customer experience and motivated by the idea of contributing to our success.</p><p><b>Your Main Responsibilities</b><b>1. Customer Satisfaction Management</b></p><ul><li>Maintain regular follow-up with clients after the sale to ensure their satisfaction.</li><li>Design, compile, and analyze customer surveys to identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Proactively manage social media comments and customer complaints by proposing suitable solutions.</li></ul><p><b>2. Managing Customer Needs</b></p><ul><li>Answer customer phone calls and guide them effectively.</li><li>Provide precise answers and professional solutions to issues encountered.</li><li>Assign online tickets to competent resources and ensure their follow-up.</li><li>Measure and analyze performance indicators related to customer satisfaction.</li></ul><p><b>3. Coordination and Planning of Training</b></p><ul><li>Plan and organize training sessions for deployments (Go-Lives).</li><li>Assign trainers (employees and subcontractors) and ensure optimal preparation.</li><li>Organize internal group training sessions and ensure their success with clients.</li></ul><p><b>4. Participation in Team Meetings</b></p><ul><li>Actively contribute by sharing innovative ideas to optimize our processes.</li></ul><p><b>5.
