Trailway Brewing Company is looking for a Sales Representative to join our team. The goal of the Sales Representative is to increase sales in our territory by identifying new distribution opportunities and fostering the growth of existing accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for craft beer and will represent our brand to corporate & agency ANBL stores, consumers, accounts, and partners. *POSITION REQUIREMENTS:* * Relevant sales experience * Must be 19 years of age or older * Must have a valid driver?s license and the ability to travel within the province-wide territory * Detail oriented and self-motivated *Essential Duties & Responsibilities:* * Build account base by targeting new or non-buying accounts * Foster growth of existing accounts to increase sales * Work with our team to identify opportunities * Participate in overall sales strategy and goal planning * Create target lists and collected data to build routes that target opportunities * Plan & organize in-store tastings with ANBL staff and consumers * Be the direct representative from the brewery to the consumer in the designated territory * Deliver product to accounts where possible * Plan, organize and represent the brewery at public events * Achieve planned sales and distribution goals * Provide management with weekly reports to recap the previous week and summarize plans for the upcoming week * Conduct wait staff/ bartender education * Ensure proper merchandising on and off-premise * Work with our team to promote sales, brand awareness and consumption *SKILLS, ABILITIES AND PERSONAL CHARACTERISTICS* * Strong passion and understanding of craft beer * Strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving results * Self-driven & organized * Strong communication skills and ability to speak in front of groups * Ability and willingness to accept feedback and grow from it * Organized and task-oriented approach to administrative work Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $40,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Company car * Dental care * On-site parking * Paid time off * Vision care Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-01-06
