We are a growing startup looking for a passionate developer ready to make an impact and grow with the company.
*About the Role:*
We?re seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to craft exceptional user experiences for MetricLy?s platform. This role is critical in ensuring the platform is intuitive, visually engaging, and optimized for users. You will work closely with the development team to transform complex ideas into functional designs that delight users.
*Key Responsibilities:*
User Interface Design: Design visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for MetricLy?s web and mobile platforms.
Prototyping and Testing: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and conduct usability testing to refine the user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to ensure seamless implementation of designs.
Design System Creation: Build and maintain a cohesive design system for consistent styling across the platform.
User-Centric Focus: Gather and analyze user feedback to iterate and improve designs.
*Qualifications:*
Proficiency in design tools like GO, Python, HTML, Javascript, APIs, GIT (version control), Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
Experience in elational/graph/vector databases
Strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles.
Experience conducting usability tests and integrating user feedback into designs.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills.

Accessibility to required communication and software platforms
The ability to attend in-person team meetings occasionally when required
Have experience and interest in interior design
Have experience with secure information planning
