Our company is dedicated to providing superior quality and service to our customers, and we take pride in our reputation for excellence. *Position Overview:* We are looking for a reliable and organized individual to join our team as a Supervisor for our aggregates pit operations. The successful candidate will be overseeing day-to-day operations, managing personnel, maintaining inventory, handling invoices, and ensuring smooth functioning of the pit. *Key Responsibilities:* * Managing daily operations of the aggregates pit. * Supervising and coordinating the activities of pit personnel. * Maintaining inventory levels and ensuring accurate record-keeping. * Handle invoicing and billing processes efficiently and accurately. * Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations. * Scheduling equipment maintenance and repairs as needed. * Resolving operational issues and addressing employee concerns. * Training and onboarding of new pit personnel. * Perform other duties as assigned to support overall pit operations. *Qualifications:* * Previous experience in a similar role within the aggregates or mining industry is preferred. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. * Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
