*Job Summary* All In Compressed Air Services LTD. is seeking a highly motivated, results driven outside sales representatives. In this role, the outside sale representative will be responsible for generated new customers/opportunities and maintaining existing relationships/business. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a sales person role and a knowledge of lubricants, pneumatics, pump and blowers *Responsibilities* * Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. * Manage current accounts and follow up on outstanding estimates * Work with inside sales team to identify opportunities * Attend industry events and trade shows to promote products and expand our network. * Provide feedback on customer needs *Experience* * Proven experience in outside sales or technical sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers. * Knowledge of air compressors, lubricants, blower or vacuums systems an asset. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage time effectively in a field-based role. All In is quickly growing to be a leader in our industry providing our customer with excellent service and top quality products.
