\*\*Job Summary:\*\* In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring ?The Pathway to Amazing Customer Experience?. Your responsibilities will include working closely with customers to understand their needs, maintaining product knowledge, and providing efficient solutions. As the liaison between our valued clients and various divisions within our organization, you will be instrumental in addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. This is a dynamic position that offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our customer relationships and overall success \*\*Key Responsibilities:\*\* * Work with customers to determine their requirements. * Maintain a thorough knowledge of company products and services. * Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email. * *Enter quotes and orders and maintain and update the CRM database.* * Provide support to all divisions of HMFT. * Analyze and interpret client needs and offer solutions. * Direct customers to the appropriate contact within HMFT. * Facilitate site visits for business development managers. * Assist customers with paperwork for sales. * Address and resolve customer complaints. * Identify and escalate pricing-related issues. * Update customers on order/shipment status. * Troubleshoot customer service issues. * Adhere to Health and Safety Rules, Regulations, and Policies. * Perform other duties as required.
