Reporting to the Vice President, ANB, this position is integral to advancing the programs and planning activities within ANB operations and ensuring consistently high-quality healthcare services to our communities. Key responsibilities include driving continuous quality improvement, implementing monitoring frameworks, supporting staff engagement initiatives, and collaborating closely with the ANB team to achieve program objectives.</p><p></p><p>As an EM/ANB employee, accountability to patients, families, and colleagues is paramount. This includes active participation in and support of safety-related initiatives, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and maintaining a steadfast commitment to patients, caregivers, and workplace safety.</p><p></p><p><b>In this role, you will be responsible to:</b></p><p></p><p><b>Project support</b></p><p><span>Lead, motivate, and oversee project teams to achieve initiative objectives: </span></p><ul><li><b>Project planning: </b>The project lead works alongside the project manager to develop <span>a comprehensive project plan</span> that includes <span>project scope</span>, timeline, <span>budget</span>, and <span>resource allocation</span>.</li><li><b>Team management: </b>The project lead is responsible for managing the project team, assigning tasks, and ensuring team members work effectively together.</li><li><b>Risk management: </b>Identifying potential risks and blockers to a project is a huge part of project management. Strategies to mitigate risks will be needed, depending on the type and size of the project.</li><li><b>Communication: </b>The project lead communicates with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management, to ensure everyone is updated on progress.</li><li><b>Quality assurance: </b>The project lead should ensure that the project meets quality standards and deliverables meet stakeholders
