Join our team as a Process Improvement Advisor, where you'll play a crucial role in optimizing our processes! <br> <br>Your responsibilities: <br> <br>Coordinate supply chain projects from start to finish, overseeing every phase of their lifecycle to ensure success. <br>Actively participate in supply chain transformation projects, including ERP tool development, business integration, and team training. <br>Lead continuous improvement projects with a hands-on, problem-solving approach, while adhering to project management methodology and company culture. <br>Identify opportunities for optimization within the supply chain and propose corrective actions or improvement projects to support strategic objectives. <br>Evaluate, develop, and test new solutions, ensuring they meet operational needs and client expectations. <br>Prepare documentation for meetings (agendas, minutes, visual aids) and create training materials for new and existing tools and processes. <br>Develop performance indicators to measure the impact of implemented improvements and compare results to established targets. <br>Train and support stakeholders on new processes and tools, ensuring effective adoption. <br>Demonstrate positive leadership in change management, motivating teams to achieve common goals while respecting the company's vision and values. <br>Collaborate with different stakeholders to resolve issues, ensuring clear and constructive communication. <br>Maintain strong working relationships with all internal collaborators and external stakeholders. <br>Apply supply chain policies and procedures, while actively contributing to the improvement of these practices. <br>If you want to be at the heart of innovation in supply chain management, and enjoy taking on challenges in a dynamic environment, this position is for you!</p><p>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (Operations and Logistics Management) or Industrial Engineering <br>8+ years of experience in procurement, including a minimum of 3 years in project management <br>Proficiency in MRP concepts <br>Experience with ERP software/implementation (JDE, AS400, or Optimiza is an asset) <br>Experience in business integration and process mapping <br>Bilingual (English and French), both spoken and written <br>Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced) <br>Good knowledge of Jira, Visio, project management software, Access (an asset)</p>
