Job Description
This is a key leadership role that is responsible for developing and executing commercial growth strategies throughout our 3 commercial divisions in Canada (Dealer, Home Center, Retail Stores) that will drive profitable growth and increase market share by integrating MasterBrand Cabinets, Inc. (MBC) products with appropriate customer segments.
Key Accountabilities
"Own" & implement the Canadian strategic plan to drive outpaced share gains and profit improvements
Manage and develop direct report(s) focused on creating and implementing channel/segment-specific growth strategies for MBC's Canadian portfolio of brands.
Develop action plans in partnership with channel team(s): Programs, promotions, product offerings, sales tools, training, etc
Analyze & identify target markets and build an overall channel opportunity model by segment, growth, and trends
