About the RoleDrafting corporate documents for BC and federal entities, including incorporations, name changes, amendments, amalgamations, restorations, dissolutions, and other related transactions. Supporting lawyers in tax-driven transactions by preparing closing agendas and legal documents for various stages of complex corporate deals Preparing and filing documents for the formation and maintenance of partnerships, limited partnerships, business names, and extra-provincial registrations across Canada. Compiling necessary documentation for BC societies and federal not-for-profit corporations. Making adjustments to share structures and corporate articles. Preparing dividend-related documents, including ineligible, eligible, and capital dividends. Handling share transactions such- LocationVancouver, BC
