Work as part of our team to complete food orders, prep food, and perform other tasks to ensure that the kitchen is clean and prepared for service. · Ensure that food is prepared in a timely manner in accordance with Pizza Delights recipes and assembly manuals and charts. · Prepare, prep, and cook as directed, meeting all Pizza Delight requirements. · Monitor portions. · Follow recipes and flow charts to ensure consistency. · Assure the proper care and maintenance of all food service equipment, and identify equipment needs for food preparation and service. · Prepare and follow a daily prep sheet to indicate levels on hand and amounts required. · Ensure food quality by maintaining high levels of cleanliness, organization, storage, sanitizing and sterilization of food products. · Clean and keep the kitchen organized at all times. · Follow all required checklists and cleaning routines during his required shifts. · Adhere to all sanitization and food production codes.
