Revalee Brunch Café is hiring a permanent Sous Chef to oversee our open-concept kitchen line. Candidates will be required to perform all duties associated with cooking on a high volume kitchen line, and managing and teaching the line team as required. Revalee Brunch Café prepares both omni and vegan dishes, and strict knife and board discipline is required to keep ingredients separated. Candidates should be able to lift a 50lb box or bag, and expect to be adaptable in a fast-paced kitchen environment. We are hiring a full-time, permanent Sous Chef, with a fixed schedule and 8-hour shifts. Candidates for this position should have a strong grasp of managing a busy kitchen environment, and maintaining a healthy and supportive production environment in coordination with front-of-house management and staff. A successful candidate will also have confidence managing prepared inventory.
