* Progressive experience in a Spa or related field * Supervisory experience in a spa or related field is an asset * Understanding of the Spa industry * Must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends * Must possess good diplomacy skills combined with excellent communication skills both written and oral. * Confidence in selling and up-selling products and services * Positive sales orientation personality with the desire to meet sales objectives * Must be self-motivated and have good time management skills * Ability to lead tactically as well as strategically * Possess a high level of initiative and the fortitude to see projects and assignments through to completion. * Ability to manage projects goals and expectations, anticipate problems, plan contingencies, evaluate results and provide focused feedback * Demonstrates a positive and proactive attitude * Works well in a fast-paced environment The successful candidate will be responsible to assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Spa to ensure the spa is continually achieving the overall objective of ?creating an atmosphere that is beyond pure indulgence, through a combination of unique treatments, four-diamond customer service experiences in a tranquil spa setting.? The Spa Supervisor will assist the Spa management team to ensure the Spa is continually operating in an efficient and service-oriented environment. Responsibilities will include assisting in providing guidance and support to all Spa team members, assisting in new team member training, and addressing guest concerns in a timely fashion.
