Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software. Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations. Provide customer service. Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Information technology infrastructure library (ITIL) Certification. Computer and technology knowledge: Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). Servers. File management software. Project management software. Python. SAP (FI/CO / HR / MM / OT SD). MS Office. Oracle. Enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Tally ERP. Zoho CRM. Firewall. Security and safety: Basic security clearance.
