Designed by Graham Cooke & Associates, our 18-hole award winning Platinum rated golf course is superbly manicured and maintained. With 13 lakes, views of the Beaufort mountain range and Comox glacier this stunning property is a beautiful place to live and work. *RESPONSIBILITIES:* * Course set up and detail work. * Operation of landscape equipment such as string trimming, edging and push mowing * Operating specialized turf equipment on tees, greens, fairways and rough * Raking and weeding bunkers * Hand watering, irrigation, and drainage install/repair * Laying sod * Debris clean up * Invasives removal * Tree limbing *QUALIFICATIONS:* * Experience in the golf industry an asset * Understanding of golf and turf maintenance practices * Able to communicate with others and work independently * Physically fit, reliable, hardworking and motivated * Valid BC Driver?s License *WHAT WE OFFER:* * A foot in the door to an employer who can offer a variety of positions not only with Crown Isle Resort; but with any of our subsidiary companies * Medical / Dental benefit plan once criteria met * Free Golf privileges * Discounted food * Free use of on-site gym * An opportunity to work in a professional and fun environment *Note: *Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, it is understood that employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of Crown Isle Resort and Golf Community.
