<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><strong>Job Description: (NXT)</strong></p><p> </p><p>Our client, a prominent industrial manufacturer, seeks a licensed 433A Millwright to join their Maintenance Team. As an Industrial Millwright, you will perform preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on plant equipment, ensuring optimal production efficiency.</p><p> </p><p> <strong>*Salary:*</strong><strong> $43.45 per hour + shift premium (12 hour rotating continental shift)</strong></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> </p><p>- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on hydraulic and pneumatic systems</p><p>- Install, maintain, and repair equipment, including pumps, conveyors, and welding machines</p><p>- Conduct preventative and predictive maintenance</p><p>- Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime</p><p>- Work from ladders, man lifts, and confined spaces</p><p> </p><p><strong>3. Requirements / Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><p> </p><p>- 433A Millwright certification</p><p>- 5+ years of experience in industrial maintenance</p><p>- Ability to work 12-hour rotating continental shifts (days, nights, weekends)</p><p>- Strong pneumatic and hydraulic troubleshooting skills</p><p>- Machine shop experience (lathe, mill, grinder)</p><p>- Excellent communication and teamwork skills</p><p> </p><p><strong>4.
