*Location- 6095 Dunn Street, Unit 4, Niagara Falls, ON L2G2P3* We are currently seeking a primary Indian cuisine Chef to join our team who is positive and proactive. The individual in this role must have prior experience in a professional kitchen, as well as management experience, advanced knowledge of the culinary arts, be willing to work on Sundays, and have the ability to work a flexible schedule. The ideal person will be good at working with others, thoroughly enjoy the food industry and have a passion for creating tasty dishes. Responsibilities: * Work in a restaurant, hotel, or other food service establishment. * Manage a group of kitchen staff. * Manage a group of wait staff. * Create and implement a marketing plan for your restaurant. * Research and understand new culinary techniques and food trends. * Train and discipline kitchen staff. * Train and supervise wait staff. * Follow health laws regarding food preparation and storage. * Make sure that the restaurant follows health laws regarding food preparation and storage.
