Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Child welfare. Work setting: Child care centre. Urban area. Rural area. Tasks: Assess the children's development in order to prepare a learning plan tailored to his needs.. Develop and implement child-care programs that support and promote the physical, cognitive, emotional and social development of children. Plan and maintain an environment that protects the health, security and well-being of children. Follow education policies and programs. Work with minimal supervision. Supervision: 1 to 2 people.
