<p>An After-Sales Service Manager plays a key role in supporting customers in resolving issues after the sale of cutting tools. For this position, the ideal candidate must possess the following skills:</p><p>1. <strong>Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills</strong></p><p>Ability to manage complex projects.</p><p>Active listening, particularly with customers (identifying issues and providing solutions).<br><br></p><p>2. <strong>Rigor and Organization</strong></p><p>Proficiency in sales tools and software (Epicor: data entry, quoting, and invoicing platforms).</p><p>Effective management and adherence to deadlines and sales procedures.<br><br></p><p><strong> 3. </strong><strong>Leadership and Teamwork</strong></p><p>Collaborate closely with sales, supervisory, and other teams to ensure effective after-sales service.</p><p>Have a positive influence on various teams.</p><p></p><p><strong>Experience/Training Required</strong></p><p>DEC in Administration or equivalent, recognized in Quebec</p><p>2-3 years of experience in customer service, an asset</p>
