Overview:We are looking for a Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join our team. Role type: Full time, Year Round Responsibilities: The main responsibilities of the Heavy Equipment Mechanic include: Inspect, service and maintain a diverse fleet of construction equipment including excavators, loaders, graders, bulldozers, zoom booms and scissor lifts Perform preventative maintenance and make required repairs Ability to read/trouble shoot and diagnose using hydraulic and electronic schematics Maintain documentation of inspections, maintenance and repairs Physical endurance being able to lift 50 lbs. at a time The ideal candidate has: Ability to manage time efficiently Work well unsupervised Excellent problem solving skills Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with ability to stand for long lengths of time Ability to- LocationKelowna, BC
