Bugden Signs Limited is currently seeking an Office Manager who demonstrates professionalism, integrity, and dependability to join our team. We are locally owned and operated sign company that has provide Newfoundland and Labrador with the highest quality products and services for over 30 years. We design, manufacture, install, and service signs including channel letters, cabinets, and pylons, as well as custom signage. The sign industry is a very fast-paced environment, and requires an office manager that is self-motivated, and hardworking individual. The position is available immediately with full time hours. *Office Manager Responsibilities:* · Receive incoming calls for the office, provide information as required, direct call(s) to appropriate individuals and schedule meetings on their behalf · Management of all office procedures * Executive assistance to company president * Equipment and supply ordering, & logistics * Computerized accounting administration and bookkeeping including payables, receivables, invoicing, banking. * Data entry * Computer server upgrades & networking * Liaison between customers and account executives. * Internal correspondence * Employee time tracking. Record and manage employee work hours to ensure correct payroll processing, and project tracking. *Other areas of administrative responsibilities:* * · Support for HR and safety representative when required * · Ensure office cleanliness. * · Ensure physical and virtual filing systems are organized and kept up to date. * · Track employee expense receipts and hours worked *Requirements:* * Proficient working knowledge in office technology and software including MS 365, and Quickbooks Desktop * Valid Driver's License and driver's abstract * Code of Conduct. Skills: * High level of professionalism and integrity. * Ability to work independently, as well as effectively work with and communicate with individuals of all levels in the company. * Passionate, friendly, and confident. * A positive and proactive attitude and initiative * Strong time management and ability to prioritize. * Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. * High attention to detail and organization * Ability to multi-task and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced work environment. * Safety training (COR, OH&S, WHMIS) and working knowledge of accounting software would be considered an asset and advantage for the applicant.
