*Part Time Customer Service Representative * We?re looking for a *Customer Service Representative* to join our team ? someone who?s confident on the phone, sharp with technology, and ready to fight for every job. This position is primarily for Weekends 2pm to 10:30pm *What We're Looking For:* * Excellent phone etiquette and strong communication skills * Tech-savvy and comfortable using computers, Google Suite, and apps * Takes initiative, thinks on their feet, and knows how to secure the booking * Highly organized with attention to detail * Able to follow instructions closely and manage tasks independently *Key Responsibilities:* * Handling incoming and outgoing calls to book and follow up on jobs * Coordinating with technicians and updating job schedules as needed * Logging notes clearly in both customer profiles and shared tracking docs * Making outbound campaign calls (e.g., membership follow-ups, install check-ins) * Keeping up with daily and weekly administrative tasks * Maintaining high customer satisfaction and team communication *Requirements:* * Grade 12 diploma * Clean criminal record check * Weekday training availability Experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support is an asset ? but we?re happy to train the right person who brings a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn. Pay: $19.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Vision care Application question(s): * Are you able to come in for weekday training?
