*Job Summary* We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Coordinator to oversee daily administrative operations within our office environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and team management skills to ensure smooth workflow, and effective support for staff and management. *Responsibilities* * Manage front desk operations, including multi-line phone systems and greeting visitors with professional phone etiquette * Oversee clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management using office software's * Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and facilitate effective communication across departments * Maintain organized filing systems both physically and digitally for easy access to important documents *Experience* * Prior experience working at a front desk or reception area with excellent phone etiquette skills * Demonstrated office experience including clerical tasks, vendor management, and organizational responsibilities * Strong communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively * Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and general administrative software tools is required This position offers an engaging opportunity for a dedicated professional to contribute significantly to our organizational success through efficient office management.
