We are currently seeking a personable and knowledgeable individual to represent our brand and be a pillar of support for our customers and team members. In this role, you will be responsible for upholding our culture, beliefs, and business objectives. Qualifications and Requirements: * *Must be at least 19 years of age* * Possess intermediate/advanced knowledge of vaping/e-cigarettes * Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and follow instructions * Maintain a sense of urgency and professionalism * Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment * Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends * High school education or equivalent required, with a minimum of 1 year of retail experience preferred * Familiarity with computers and data/web searches Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a courteous and friendly manner * Operate the cash register in accordance with policies and procedures * Maintain proper merchandise presentation and a clean work area * Provide excellent customer service and assist with product selection * Stay up-to-date on promotions and advertisements * Embody company culture and values * Give and receive constructive feedback Other: * Invitation to company benefits program (vision, dental, drug, and medical) after the probationary period concludes * *Locations: *Durham Region, Greater Toronto Area * *Permanent Float position.
