<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p><b><strong>Join Our Team</strong></b></p><p>SDI Marketing is hiring energetic, outgoing, and experienced <b><strong>Sales Representatives</strong></b> to join a national field activation program running across Canada this summer.</p><p>This is a commission-forward, part-time role working pop-up booths, community events, and activations for a major Canadian telecommunications brand focused on rural and underserved communities. Local community presence is a core requirement of this role. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys meeting people, working in dynamic environments, and being part of a fast-moving team.</p><p><b><strong>What You'll Do</strong></b></p><ul><li>Work pop-up, retail, and community events across the area (primarily on weekends and long weekends)</li><li>Approach and engage the public; educate potential customers on available internet and connectivity plans</li><li>Develop an understanding of available fiber, 5G, and broadband services, including features, pricing, and promotions</li><li>Generate and submit qualified sales leads through a provided lead-capture system -commission is tied directly to lead quality and volume</li><li>Travel to events within your region (paid mileage for out-of-market assignments)</li><li>Work closely with field leadership and teammates to support event success</li><li>Assist with booth setup, teardown, and overall event execution</li></ul><p><b><strong>What We're Looking For</strong></b></p><ul><li>Direct sales, telecom, or inside sales experience, OR</li><li>Brand ambassador, events, or field promotions background</li><li>Proven comfort approaching and engaging strangers in public settings</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation - travel to events is required</li><li>Part-time availability (primarily weekend); shift hours vary by event</li></ul><p><b><strong>Compensation:</strong></b></p><ul><li>$22/hour base</li><li>Commission</li><li>Paid mileage for out-of-market events</li><li>Phone allowance</li><li>Training is paid</li></ul><p><b><strong>Why Join SDI</strong></b></p><ul><li>Fast-paced and supportive team environment</li><li>Opportunity to work on a national field program</li><li>Weekend and flexible event-based schedule</li><li>Growth opportunities within field leadership and sales programs</li><li>Be part of a team helping connect local communities across Canada</li></ul><p><b><strong>About SDI Marketing</strong></b></p><p>SDI Marketing is one of North America's leading experiential and field marketing agencies, delivering brand experiences, retail programs, and customer engagement solutions for some of the world's most recognized brands.</p><p><b><strong>Conditions of Employment</strong></b></p><p>As a condition of employment, this role requires the successful completion of a criminal background check, in compliance with industry data security standards.
