Groupe Lessard, an aluminum window manufacturer and installer, is investing $5M in purchasing automated equipment and expanding its plant in Laval. The provincial government is granting a loan of up to 80% of the investment.

Plan A, a developer and buildings manager, launched Phase I of the Elora project in Laval. The project includes 350 residential units and 7 commercial spaces, which will be available in 2026. The total project cost will be $500M for 1,200 rental spaces, which will be complete by 2030.
