Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Estimate repair cost based on damage examination report. Plan repair work to be performed. Professionalism in customer service. Test drive vehicles for proper handling. Clean and maintain work space. Hammer out dents, buckles and defects using blocks and hammers. Remove damaged fenders, panels and grills and bolt or weld replacement parts into place. Apply primers and repaint surfaces. Repair or replace interior components. Advise customers on work performed and future repair requirements. Repair or replace damaged windows, windshields and sunroofs. Mix paint, blend and match colors. Operate soldering equipment or use plastic filler to fill holes, dents and seams. Straighten bent frames using frame and underbody pulling and anchoring equipment. Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems. Perform scheduled maintenance service. Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's specifications. Area of work experience: Body components. Front end components. Interior components. Welding. Security and safety: Driving record check (abstract). Criminal record check.
