About the Company Forge Recruitment is pleased to partner with a well-established downtown Vancouver firm that is expanding its team by adding a Corporate Tax Paralegal. About the Role Draft/prepare reorganizations, amalgamations, continuations, dissolutions, continuances, amendments, share repurchases, redemptions and transfers and alterations to share structure Emphasis on tax-driven transactions (s.51, s.85 and s.86) Conduct legal research and due diligence ensuring compliance with governance requirements The Offer Salary ranges from $75,000 - $100,000+ (commensurate with experience), bonus, RRSP matching, comprehensive benefits package, some hybrid WFH flexibility, in addition to other perks.- LocationVancouver, BC
