*About Us* We are a *growing real estate development team* looking for an *experienced and driven Real Estate Sales Manager* to lead sales efforts for an exciting *townhouse presale project.* This is an excellent opportunity for a *licensed real estate professional* who thrives in a challenging environment and is eager to grow alongside a dynamic development team. This role is *ideal for a motivated sales leader* who is passionate about delivering outstanding client experiences and driving results. *Compensation:* 100% Commission-based (range on job posting is based on number target number of sales each month) *What You?ll Do* ? *Sales & Client Engagement* * Present and promote the *townhouse development* to potential buyers, creating urgency while maintaining integrity. * Provide exceptional *customer service*, guiding buyers through the presale process from inquiry to purchase. * Conduct *onsite tours and presentations*, answering questions about floor plans, features, and pricing. ? *Sales Management & Strategy* * Oversee the *Purchase and Sale Agreement process* to ensure smooth transactions. * Track and report on *sales performance, traffic data, and buyer trends.* * Collaborate with the *marketing team* on promotions, incentives, and outreach strategies. * Conduct *Competitive Market Analysis (CMA)* to stay ahead of market trends. ? *Industry & Team Collaboration* * Build and maintain relationships with *Realtors and industry professionals* to generate leads. * Work closely with the *development and marketing teams* to refine sales strategies. *What We?re Looking For* *BC Real Estate License* (Required) *2+ years of real estate sales experience* (Pre-sale experience preferred) Strong *communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills* Reliable *transportation & valid driver?s license* Ability to work *weekends and flexible hours as needed* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $5,000.00-$10,000.00 per month Additional pay: * Commission pay Benefits: * Flexible schedule Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Licence/Certification: * Realtor (required) Work Location: In person Expected start date: 2025-03-08- LocationDelta, BC
