Understanding plants and instilling the proper knowledge to care for them according to their needs and cycles is very important to us. We work hard while also maintaining a balance of enjoying ourselves! *What we offer * * *Pay* - $22-$35 per hour, based on experience and attitude * *Hours* - 30 hours a week Mon-Thurs, optional Fridays and Holidays * *Health Benefits* - for long term employees * *Red Seal Certified training* - best of the best training, sponsorship opportunities for those interested * *Small scale company* - fun, energetic, tight knit crew. *What we do* * *Maintain gardens* - through pruning, trimming, raking and weeding * *Installation* - of new garden design * *Diagnosis and treatment *- of plant pests and diseases *What We?re Looking For* * *Attitude* - Most important to us is work ethic and attitude * *Experience* - is a huge asset, but a willingness to learn and passion for plants is just as good * *Ability* - to operate hand tools and power equipment safely. Able to perform physical work in all types of weather Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 ? 37.5 per week Benefits: * Extended health care Work Location: In person- LocationVictoria, BC
