Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Asset languages: Mandarin. Cantonese. Work site environment: Floriculture production. Hot. Outdoors. Tree and orchard fruit. Tasks: Develop specific plans to prioritize. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Maintain financial and production records. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Maintain work records and logs. Hire and train staff. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
