```Job Overview: We are seeking a Horticulture graduate or skilled and experienced Gardener to join our team. As a Gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the beauty of our gardens and landscapes. If you have a passion for gardening and enjoy working outdoors, we would love to hear from you. Job Description: - Perform regular garden maintenance tasks such as planting, pruning, weeding, and mulching - Maintain and care for plants, flowers, trees, and shrubs - Monitor and adjust irrigation systems to ensure proper watering - Operate and maintain hand tools and power tools necessary for gardening tasks - Assist in the design and implementation of new landscaping projects - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient garden operations - Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their gardening needs Qualifications: - Previous experience in garden or landscape maintenance preferred - Knowledge of different plant species, their care requirements, and common diseases/pests - Familiarity with irrigation systems and their operation - Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for gardening tasks - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment If you are passionate about gardening and take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we encourage you to apply.
