This is an exciting opportunity for a practical, results-focused lawyer to join the legal department of a growing company in the important real estate development sector, building and operating purpose-built rentals from dirt to door. In this role, the successful applicant will have the opportunity to build a legal career in an important and growing real-estate space while helping to deliver the housing that Canadians need. Your contributions to the team include: Provide accurate, timely and practical legal advice to all departments within the organization Manage external litigation counsel in all areas of litigation including construction and personal injury Draft and review litigation documents including notices of civil claim and responses to civil claim Work closely with other members of- LocationCampbell River, BC
