Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Compile orders and instructions received from customers. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee operational logistics of the organization. Track and complete work orders. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor movement of supplies and materials between departments. Prepare and submit reports. Co-ordinate traffic flow of supplies. Prepare and maintain progress and other reports. Co-ordinate, assign and review work. Keep track of shipments. Process and transmit information and instructions to co-ordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment. Schedule assignments and co-ordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews and equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year. Support for newcomers and refugees: Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth. Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
