Tasks: Assign IT projects to systems analysts, programmers and other computer technicians. Coordinate IT projects, including the design and deployment of new IT systems and services. Direct and control daily operations . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Recruit staff. Review operational reports to assess compliance with software and hardware requirements . Supervise computer analysts, engineers, programmers, technicians and other personnel . Supervise staff. Train staff. Establish and implement policies and procedures for information systems. Authorize the development of specifications for products or services. Manage incidents. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Cisco certified internetwork expert service provider (CCIE SP). Pega certified professional. Systems, Applications and Products (SAP) Certified. Project Management Professional (PMP). Computer and technology knowledge: Conduct software testing. Development and operations (DevOps). Computer programming. Data analysis and interpretation. Database management. Desktop applications. Development of computer applications. Networking hardware. Networking software. Programming software. Web service design.
